Kyle Orton has not reported to Dallas Cowboys' mandatory minicamp and this comes as no surprise to Mike Florio considering Orton has not showed up to other team workouts.

Orton stands to lose nearly $70,000 in fines as a result of skipping minicamp and he would have to repay more than $3 million from his signing bonus if he does decide to retire rather than play for the Cowboys this season.
