Hunter Pence stars in a parody rap video about Hunter Pence Signs

Lest you thought the Hunter Pence Signs joke was something that died after mid August — you know, like the Oakland Athletics' chances of winning the AL West, zing! — the bleacher meme has inspired a new parody rap video.

We like parody rap videos and this one comes from Tim Gettys of San Francisco-based video-making troupe Kinda Funny and his rhyming cohort Alexis Cozombolidis (aka @LetsGetLexi, aka Pence's girlfriend). And the video stars, you guessed it, Hunter Pence, the San Francisco Giants right fielder, acting out a number of absurdist Hunter Pence Sign ideas. It's worth two minutes of your life.

If you missed the joke the first time around, think of it like this: Hunter Pence Signs are the inverse of Chuck Norris Facts. Pence supposedly does things that no one would ever brag about — like eating pizza with a fork or not knowing how to parallel park.

This isn't the first time Pence has had fun with the #HunterPenceSigns stuff, showing he's a fun-loving dude who doesn't take himself too seriously. Even if that means people might actually think he like mild salsa. Yuck.
