Georges St-Pierre fights ninjas in Google Nexus 7 commercial

UFC fans should be pleased to see that welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre's torn ACL and meniscus appear to be healing well. And if the inadvertent injury update doesn't tickle your fancy, watching GSP tactically dismantle a gang of colourful ninjas just might.

In their latest effort to maintain a tradition called "ninja unboxing," Google brought in the Canadian fighter known as "Rush" to promote the new Nexus 7 tablet.

GSP stars as "Dr. Paul," who cracks open the box to his brand new tablet before he's hilariously interrupted. Check out the video below:

As you can see, Georges is no Daniel Day Lewis, but a series of jump kicks and blocked punches comically transcend his robotic acting chops.

Yet all jokes aside, UFC fans should be thrilled as GSP's return to the Octagon appears to be on schedule. The champ is set to take on Carlos Condit at UFC 154 on November 17th, 2012.
