For the record, it sounds like Eugenie Bouchard is #TeamKim, not #TeamTaylor
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Despite a tough first-round loss to Camila Giorgi at the Citi Open, a feisty Genie Bouchard handled every question, even the annoying ones, with swift ease afterwards.
But when it came to the Taylor Swift vs. Kim and Kanye "feud", she went extra time.
Bouchard is known as a pretty solid Taylor Swift fan, but she's also a pretty major Kim Kardashian supporter. So you can imagine the DILEMMA!!
Or so you'd think. Turns out, firmly #TeamKim
"I mean, I love Taylor Swift, and I went to her concert, and I love her songs and everything. But I feel like sometimes sometimes she portrays herself as the victim a lot, and she did this time around," Bouchard said. "She said she wasn’t away of that specifific line, that B-I-T-C-H. But she heard the other line about having sex, so I was, like, really? What’s, like, the huge difference? You approved the thing where Kanye says he’ll have sex with you but you didn’t hear the time he said 'bitch'? C'mon. It’s all the same thing to me. So I think she just way overreacted.
"I think she just tried to get attention by saying she didn’t approve of that. But, you know, It’s the celeb world and it’s just entertaining. Entertains me while I’m alone here in D.C.," she added.
