Video: SB pass from Luke Tasker to Andy Fantuz gets Hamilton rolling early

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have pulled out plenty of trickery this year, including two different onside punts for touchdowns, and they brought the bag of tricks on offence in Sunday's East Final against Ottawa. Trailing 7-3 early in the first quarter, quarterback Jeremiah Masoli took the snap and handed off to slotback Luke Tasker on what initially looked like a running play to the outside. Here's what happened next:

That's an impressive throw from Tasker, and a great catch by wide receiver Andy Fantuz, who snuck behind Jovon Johnson and hauled it in down the sidelines. It got the Tiger-Cats inside the Redblacks' 10-yard line and paved the way for a Masoli one-yard rushing touchdown. As Drew Edwards of The Hamilton Spectator tweeted, the Ticats had been working on that play for a while:

Ottawa rebounded to lead 19-17 at the half and 25-17 after the third quarter, but the Ticats have pulled with five in the fourth quarter. If they're able to pull off another comeback the way they did last week, this play's going to be remembered for a while.
