Mo Farah pulls a Usain Bolt: wins double gold, does calisthenics (PHOTO)

Something about winning a historic track double in London makes athletes want to do extra calisthenics.

Two nights after Usain Bolt celebrated his 100-200 double by falling to the ground and doing pushups, British hero Mo Farah went to the track to perform a few sit-ups following his win in the 5,000 meters.

Farah also won the 10,000-meter race on the first night of track competition. His performance is being hailed as the greatest by a British athlete at an Olympics filled with memorable gold-medal victories. The Somali-born and London-raised Farah is the first British man to win two gold medals in track since 1920.

Bolt and Farah may have the same number of individual goals, but the Jamaican had the upper hand when it came to post-race workouts. By our count, Bolt did four pushups to the Brit's two sit-ups. In Farah's defense, Bolt needed just 19 seconds and 200 meters to clinch his double. The long-distance runner took 13:41.66 to complete the 3.1-mile race.
