Would Sharks, Kings fans ever date each other? (Video)

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Perhaps you’ve seen the ad. A blind date. A Sharks fan. A Kings fan. And instant disdain for each other that derails any chance for romance.

But wait … aren’t these hockey fans? Wouldn’t that be enough common ground to overcome the fact they’re on opposite sides of a heated rivalry? Couldn’t they find love despite their allegiances?   

We took these questions to the Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks tailgating before their Stadium Series battle at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on Saturday. And, in the process, learned more about their mutual love and their mutual hate … well, mostly of Ducks fans.
