Marty St. Louis celebrates Marty St. Louis night with celebration fail (VIDEO)

The Tampa Bay Lightning celebrated Marty St. Louis playing 1,000 career games on Monday night with a pregame ceremony. St. Louis then had a typical night for his stellar career: 2 goals and an assist in the Bolts’ 5-0 win over the New York Rangers.

OK, not totally typical: It’s not every night St. Louis attempts a fist pump and fails spectacularly in his celebration.

As The Sporting News notes, St. Louis is not the first nor will he be the last man to fall during a goal celebration.

St. Louis had an embarrassing moment. The Rangers, however, were flat out embarrassed in the loss. Cue Angry Alain:

"It was a sort of Martin St. Louis love-fest out there. Nobody touched a soul, especially not him,” said coach Alain Vigneault.
