Florida Panthers find 'Non-Traveling Jagr' in mullet promotion

The “Non-Traveling Jagr” has been found by the Florida Panthers as part of their Mullet Night promotion against the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday at BB&T Center. Peter Drapalik, come on down and join the group that travels around the country cheering on the great No. 68. Only you’ll be based in Sunrise and cheering him on from Panthers games. You also get a Panthers Jagr jersey and will sit with the Traveling Jagrs April 4 against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

It seemed that Mullet Night, or more aptly dubbed #mulletnightinsunrise was quite a festive atmosphere with people wearing the long, floppy hair in honor of Jagr, who was acquired in February by Florida.

Jagr scored a goal and added an assist to tie Ron Francis for fourth all-time on the NHL’s scoring list at 1,798 points in Florida's 6-1 win which was clearly inspired by mullet-wearing fans.
