Come one, come all for the second annual Buzzing The Net NHL mock draft on Tuesday at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

In a special twist, one of the panelists donning many general managers' hats will be a scout from a NHL team, choosing under the cone of anonymity. Buzzing The Net contributors Kelly Friesen and Cam Charron and Hockey Prospectus' Corey Pronman will also make selections. Yahoo!
