Netherlands begin their Nations League campaign with a 4-1 hammering of Belgium at the King Baudouin Stadium. It is Belgium's heaviest defeat at home since 2008, putting them under pressure from the off in Group A4. Steven Bergwijn put the visitors ahead in the first half before Memphis Depay scored early in the second period. Denzel Dumfries notched a third with a close-range finish and Depay put the icing on the cake with a fine strike on the half-volley. Michy Batshuayi got a consolation goal for the hosts, but it was a poor night to say the least for Roberto Martinez's men.
