Player Notes
Giancarlo Stanton socked a solo homer Tuesday against the Rays.

Advice: It was his 12th home run of the season and his first since May 15. Stanton has been a complete mess at the plate recently while piling up strikeouts at an alarming pace, but his power potential is unmatched. Fantasy owners need to be patient.

Tue, 24 May Rotoworld
Giancarlo Stanton struck out four times in the Marlins' loss to the Phillies on Wednesday.

Advice: The last whiff against Phillies closer Jeanmar Gomez ended the game. Stanton had trouble all series against Philly pitching, going 0-for-10 with nine strikeouts. He did draw two walks in the three-game set.

Wed, 18 May Rotoworld
Giancarlo Stanton went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's win over the Nationals.

Advice: Stanton burned Nationals starter Joe Ross for a solo homer in the sixth inning. Bomb No. 11 pushed his RBI total up to 25. In addition to the strong power and ribbie work, the baseball-destroying robot is slashing .238/.349/.540 over 126 at-bats. His career high for home runs is 37 (2012, 2014) and he could well challenge that mark as this season unfolds.
