    EAGAN, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings are bringing back left guard Dalton Risner with the interior of their offensive line remaining an area in need of improvement. Risner agreed to a one-year contract to return to the Vikings, his agents Drew Rosenhaus and Shawn O'Dare said Wednesday. Risner, who spent the first four seasons of his career with the Denver Broncos, signed with the Vikings last year two games into the regular season.     Trevor Richards and Toronto's bullpen delivered after Alek Manoah departed because of elbow discomfort, and the Blue Jays beat the slumping Chicago White Sox 3-1 on Wednesday night. With two out and a runner on third in the second inning, Manoah was checked on by manager John Schneider and a trainer after throwing a 91.4 mph sinker to Dominic Fletcher for a ball.
