    EU set to discuss Rafah mission, Borrell criticises Israel's Netanyahu

    The European Union aims to agree in principle on Monday to press ahead with an EU border mission at Rafah, a city in the southern Gaza Strip, the bloc's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Monday. Speaking before a monthly meeting of EU foreign ministers, Borrell also accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of using false claims of antisemitism against the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his own political ends.

    Bruce Springsteen pauses European tour over vocal issues

    Springsteen initially postponed a show scheduled in Marseille, France on Saturday night but has now put the tour on hold until 12 June. Gigs in Prague and Milan are among the shows affected. "Following yesterday's postponement in Marseille due to vocal issues, further examination and consulting has led doctors to determine that Bruce should not perform for the next ten days. With this in mind, additional postponements are required for Airport Letnany in Prague (originally scheduled for May 28th) and San Siro Stadium in Milan (originally scheduled for June 1st and 3rd).
