There's a mystery show on TV in prime time Thursday night: Pittsburgh versus Minnesota. There's no way to figure out these two teams. The Vikings (5-7) go from on the rise in a victory over NFC power Green Bay to heading into the abyss after a loss to previously winless Detroit. Conner is second only to Jonathan Taylor in RB scoring, with 14 TDs on the year so far, and he could make it at least 15 this week against the Rams. Conner found the end zone twice against Los Angeles in Week 4, and that was with Chase Edmonds starting. Edmonds may in fact return from IR this week, but that doesn’t change the fact that Conner is the goal line and short-yardage back for Arizona.
