Women's college basketball: Marshall enjoys giving back to Hawkeyes supporters

Gabbie Marshall never could have imagined the kind of celebrity treatment she and her University of Iowa women's basketball teammates have experienced the past two seasons. Fans of all ages lined up inside the bar for an autograph or a quick photo with the guard who helped the Hawkeyes reach back-to-back NCAA championship games. “The best part about it is just hearing how much joy we've given people and how we really brought a community together,” said Marshall, a Cincinnati native who played her fifth and final season this winter. It's a chance to meet people first-hand who have been supporting me and the team throughout the years I've been at Iowa.
