BYU women's basketball gets commitment from this former Utah Ute

A women's college basketball player native to Utah is coming home. Kemery Martin, who played for Corner Canyon and Alta high schools and the Utah Utes, announced her commitment to BYU on Friday. Martin joins a Cougars squad in need of replacing up to six scholarships after Rose Bubakar and Ali'a Matavao entered the transfer portal, Lauren Gustin and Kaylee Smiler graduated, and Kailey Woolston and McKinley Willardson were called to church missions.
