Javier Báez hits a 3-run homer, Tigers blank Guardians 3-0

CLEVELAND (AP) — Javier Báez hit a three-run homer in the second inning and six pitchers combined on a four-hitter, sending the Detroit Tigers to a 3-0 victory over the AL Central-leading Cleveland Guardians on Thursday.
