Player Notes
Josh Reddick filled up the scoresheet on Sunday, singling, hitting a solo homer and stealing a base in a loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: He had two of the Athletics' five hits on the day. Three of the A's five base knocks left the yard, but they were all solo jobs. Khris Davis and Chris Coghlan also homered for Oakland. Reddick's longball was his fourth of the season, and he's now sporting a .250/.338/.484 batting line so far this month.

Josh Reddick is not in the Athletics starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Blue Jays.

Advice: The A's will give Reddick a day to rest against opposing southpaw J.A. Happ. Mark Canha is drawing the start in right field and will bat second for the Athletics on Saturday.
