Tyra Banks gets called out by 'DWTS' viewers after explaining last week’s production flub again

Last week there was a production miscue at the end of “Dancing With the Stars,” resulting in some last minute confusion over who was up for elimination. At the time, host Tyra Banks blamed the control room and her cue cards. She also tweeted shortly afterwards explaining that the names on her cards were incorrect. But just to be safe, Banks started Monday’s show with another explanation for why the incident occurred. The additional explanation did not go over well with fans on social media who felt like Tyra was not taking responsibility for the miscue. In fact one fan even made a Twitter poll showing two thirds of voters believe the flub was actually her fault.

SPEAKER: The additional explanation did not go over well with fans on social media who felt like Tyra was not taking responsibility for the miscue. In fact, one fan even made a Twitter poll showing 2/3 of voters believe the flub was actually her fault. But whether the mistake was caused by the control room, bad cue cards, or simply by being human, one thing is for certain. Tyra Banks knows how to make an entrance and move forward.

TYRA BANKS: Now that is behind us, just like the '80s. But we're bringing the '80s back into this competition, right now. Let's go.
