How to Make Spaghettieis

In this video, learn how to make the classic German ice cream sundae, spaghettieis. This summertime dessert recreates a plate of spaghetti with ice cream noodles, strawberry sauce, and grated white chocolate. After using a potato ricer to extrude the ice cream into noodles, pour the strawberry sauce over the top as you would tomato sauce over spaghetti noodles. Finally, like parmesan cheese, grate the white chocolate over the top. It’s a cold treat on a hot summer’s day!
