Sheriff's sergeant to run 5K in full gear to help animal shelter

For some people, going for a run can be difficult -- but imagine doing it dressed in full tactical gear. Harford County sheriff's Sgt. Kevin Phillips recently spent time with the dog, Parker, who's up for adoption at the Harford County Humane Society. This weekend, Phillips will run to raise money and awareness for the shelter. "It's just a great thing to go out and help raise money for the Humane Society, which is always a great cause in Harford County community," Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said.
