Sacramento's LGBT center expands its services with new location

The Sacramento LGBT Community Center has expanded its services to the south Sacramento area. Their Marsha P. Johnson site located at 7725 Stockton Blvd. is bringing services to underserved and marginalized communities already facing a disproportionate impact in HIV infections. The latest report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that Black gay or bisexual men make up 40% of new HIV infections in the U.S., followed right by Hispanic and Latino people.
