Plume of Smoke Rises Above Montmartre as Fire Burns in Paris Suburb

A dark plume of smoke was seen rising behind the Basilica of Sacre Coeur in Montmartre, Paris, on May 30 as a fire burned at a warehouse in the Aubervilliers suburb, local media reported.

This footage was posted by tourist Kim Hoefnagel. She captioned it, “Currently in the top of the Eiffel Tower, looks like there’s a big fire somewhere in Paris.”
