ARIEL EPSTEIN: Happy Friday. I'm the [INAUDIBLE] queen, Ariel Epstein. It's "Major League Baseball Daily Fantasy," and I've got a pitcher and two hitters to put in your lineup. Starting with a pitcher, it's $45, and it's the St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Adam Wainwright. When your ace is on the mound, and you're up against the team that strikes out the most against right-handed pitchers, you dig a little bit deeper.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have the highest K rate in baseball up against righties, with righties averaging just over five strikeouts per start. The K rate goes up by about 2% from their overall record. Looking over at a Wainwright's numbers, last season, he had a way better ERA, at a 2.74 when pitching at home, than he did on the road, with a 3.58.

This is only Wainwright second start at home. His last one was opening day. He has had multiple starts since then, all on the road, three starts. I'm going with Adam Wainwright for $45 in my DFS lineup today.

For my hitter, I'm playing for $13, the New York Mets designated hitter Pete Alonso. Up against the starting pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies, Aaron Nola, he's gone 11 of 31, which means he's hitting 3.55. He's got three doubles, three home runs, six RBIs, and he hits better at home.

Alonso last season was hitting 292 at home versus on the road, where he was hitting 245. Last year against the Phillies, he crushed them, hitting 3.33 against them and 12 at bats. I love Pete Alonso for $13 tonight.

For my last play, he's $10. And that's the Milwaukee Brewers second baseman Kolten Wong. This isn't so much about Wong and what he's done for me lately. Lately he's not really one of those hitters that's going to get up to the plate and smash two, three hits.

However, when you look at the career history against the starting pitcher for the Cubs, Kyle Hendricks, it's really good for Wong. He's had 48 plate appearances against him. So there's a pretty big sample size here. 17 of 48, he's hitting .354, also four doubles, a home run, and three RBI. I really like Colton Wong for just the $10 play.

Here's your MLB DFS recap. For $45, I'm playing St. Louis Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright; for 13 bucks, New York Mets designated hitter Pete Alonso; and $10, Milwaukee Brewers second baseman Colin Wong. That's it for me, the [INAUDIBLE] queen, Ariel Epstein, seen here in "Yahoo Major League Baseball Daily Fantasy." Good luck tonight and have a great weekend.
