Mad Bets: NFL Week 10 Best Bets

Minty Bets, Jared Quay & Matt Gothard give their best bets for Week 10 of the NFL season.

MINTY: It is Week 10 of the NFL, and it's time for our Best Bets. I am here with Matt [INAUDIBLE] and Jared Quay, as always. And let's get Matt's pick first. What's your best bet this week?

MATT: Oh my best bet is on two teams that have constantly hurt me this entire season. That's because they both have very bad defenses. I'm taking over 51 and 1/2 in the Browns versus the Texans. I'm going to tell you why. The Texans, they can't guard the run. You know what the Browns like to do? They love to run the ball. The Browns, they can't guard the pass. You know what the Texans like to do? They like to pass the ball. Not to mention that the Browns just can't get off the field at all. I kind of wanted to take the Texans plus 3. But over 51 and 1/2 is too good to pass up in this one.

MINTY: Sounds like easy money. Jared, what's your best bet?

JARED: Garbage bet. I'm starting all my fantasy teams, they're all going to do good. Will Fuller, Kareem Hunt, all those guys are going to score a lot of touchdowns. No. I'm picking a home team. I haven't did this yet. But I'm telling you right now, the Ravens are the best bet of the week. Let's not overthink this thing here, all right? The Patriots have proven to us over and over again, they're a bad team. They should have lost to the Jets. And they have a short week now to go play against the Ravens.

The Ravens have one of the best rushing offenses in the game. And I don't know if you saw the Jets game. Patriots can't stop the run. Don't overthink this thing. 7 points is not enough. It may go up by the time you guys watch this, cause obviously, I'm putting money on it. Other people going to put money cause they hear me talking about it.

So it may get up to like 9 and 1/2. And I still wouldn't shy away, guys. I think the Ravens on a prime time game, you're going to see Lamar Jackson turn to MVP form. And they're going to roll the Patriots. Yes, it's personal. I don't like the Patriots.

MINTY: All right. My best bet is going to be the Seahawks plus 2 over the Rams. It seems like I always stay in this NFC West division, and I'm going to stick with it. I know the Seahawks don't really look good in the beginning of games. But they tend to keep things pretty close by the end.

And they somehow make up for their deficit. I know the Rams have one of the best pass defenses in the league, and are allowing the fewest passing touchdowns from their opponents. But, get this. The Seattle Seahawks are 8 and 2 against the spread as underdogs against the Rams. So I will take the points with the Seahawks and I'll sprinkle a little on the money line as well, because I do think they win outright.

JARED: I can't wait for Jalen Ramsey versus DK Metcalf. And look at--

MATT: Go Rams. Go Rams, baby.

JARED: It's only cause he lives in LA, guys. It's only cause he lives in LA.
