JESSICA HEIMS: I'm Jessica. Like she said, I'm a one-time Paralympian. I am a para track and field, and I specialize in the discus. I've been in para sports for about 10 years now. And since the Rio games, I've competed collegiately at the University of Northern Iowa. I moved back with my parents after classes were canceled. And my parents designated a little area of their garage for a weight room, a workout room.

And then in the shed out back, in my parent's backyard, my dad actually made a wooden scale discus ring and hung a net from the ceiling, that like funneled down into a little basket to catch my disk. So I did a lot of throwing into a net on a wooden platform. Which was new and unique, but it worked out really well.
