The Rockets guards spoke after Houston's 117-100 loss to the L.A. Lakers on Tuesday night, pushing the team to 3-6 on the season - next to last in the Western Conference.
JAMES HARDEN: We're just not good enough. You know, we just don't-- Obviously, chemistry. Talent-wise. Just everything. And it was clear, like I said, these last few games. Just, you know, from the beginning of the game, they were just aggressive. Veteran team, obviously. Championship team. And, you know, one of the best teams that we have in this league. You know, I love this city. I literally, you know, have done everything that I can. You know, I mean, this situation is crazy. You know, it's something that I don't think can be fixed. So, yeah. Thanks.
- Harden just openly criticized you, saying you weren't as good as a team, and that he thinks the situation has no solution. Do you have something to say about it?
JOHN WALL: No comment.
- How do you assess the partnership between you and James on the court, being able to play off of each other?
JOHN WALL: I think it's been a little rocky. I can't lie about that. I mean, I don't think it's been the best it could be. To be honest, that's all I really can say.
