Howard County family fighting for access to new Alzheimer's treatments

A Maryland family is among those pushing the federal government for access to new -- and expensive -- treatments for Alzheimer's disease. There's a lot of love in a purple house on Green Bridge Road in Howard County, where a father-daughter duo, who are more like best friends, share many memories. "He's my hero. He's my everything," Andi Lepore said. They do everything together, making tons of memories from ballgames to concerts and more. But about a little over a year ago, Richard Lepore's memory started to fade as he began to show signs of Alzheimer's disease, which impacts more than 6 million Americans.
