Glendale Shooting Suspect Fires Weapon Before Surrendering to Police in Westgate Parking Lot

Police said at least three people were shot at the Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Arizona, on May 20, with one of them in a critical condition. A suspect was arrested at the scene, they said.
