Councilman walks out of Baltimore City police budget hearing

Discussion got heated at the final 2024 budget hearing for the Baltimore City Police Department. Commissioner Michael Harrison went before Baltimore City Council to advocate for his proposed budget. "The department has made a lot of progress. We realize there's a lot more work to do. We're prepared to go in and talk about that progress to make sure we get what we need so that our officers can be successful," Harrison said.
