Classes canceled after section of concrete falls at school

No classes today for some kids in Somerville... as structural engineers are set to inspect their school. This impacts students and staff at the Winter Hill Community Innovation School. In a letter to parents, school and city leaders say a "small section" of concrete fell in a stairwell. The school was unoccupied at the time. Now, out of an abundance of caution, engineers are being brought in to conduct a more thorough inspection. Parents should expect another update from the school district over the weekend.
