Luton boss has branded Huddersfield fans 'an absolute disgrace' after supporters invaded the pitch to celebrate the Terriers' play-off semi-final win. A late Jordan Rhodes goal settled the tie and sent Huddersfield to Wembley, where they will face either Sheffield United or Nottingham Forest for a place in next season's Premier League. At the final whistle, Huddersfield fans swarmed onto the pitch, with Jones alleging some abused him whilst others ran to the Luton supporters to taunt them.
Jurgen Klopp has suggested Liverpool will be priced out of any move for Kylian Mbappe this summer. Real Madrid have been constantly linked and Mbappe has admitted that is a move that would appeal to him. Liverpool look unlikely to be getting involved, though, with Klopp hinting any deal will be too rich for them. Before attention can turn to the summer, Liverpool must focus on their remaining fixtures.
Liverpool have been dealt a double injury blow with both Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah set to miss the clash with Southampton. Both were forced off with knocks in the FA Cup final win over Chelsea last week and must now sit out the trip to the south coast. If Liverpool lose the game they will see their challenge for the Premier League title ended.
