According to Mundo Deportivo, the Dutch midfielder should be available for Barcelona's next La Liga match against Celta Vigo at Camp Nou on Sunday. De Jong picked up a muscle strain while on international duty with the Netherlands and missed the La Liga game against Mallorca and the Champions League loss to Inter Milan on Tuesday. Coach Xavi Hernandez will be happy to have De Jong available as it adds to the depth in midfield plus the Dutchman can also be used in defence if necessary.
