Two late goals by Alejandro Pozuelo gave Toronto FC a 3-2 victory over the Chicago Fire in MLS play Saturday, snapping TFC's six-game winless streak.
The midfielder was sent to Stade Velodrome on loan last season and, as part of the deal, the French outfit had the option of making the move permanent. Marseille have now acted on that option and completed the deal for the 23-year-old, with Arsenal confirming the news on Friday. Guendouzi joined the Gunners in 2018 and made an impressive start to his spell at the Emirates Stadium.
Sarina Wiegman’s side will be looking to land the title on home soil.
