Calvert-Lewin has endured an incredibly tough campaign, with loss of form and injury woes restricting him to just 17 Premier League matches as Everton fought for survival. After the season concluded, Calvert-Lewin has used his Instagram account to sent an emotional thank you to the Everton supporters - and lifted the lid on his own tough year. "On a personal note I have had to dig deep within myself at times this season and have endured some of the most difficult times of my career and my life to date," Calvert-Lewin wrote.
