The 19-year-old joined the Premier League leaders last June from Sao Paulo for around ÂŁ3million. However, his first-team involvement has mainly been limited to cup competitions, scoring on his Gunners debut in the Europa League against Zurich in September.
Jorginho is now set to complete his medical at Arsenal's London Colney training base as he prepares to finalise his move. The 31-year-old has been offered a one-and-a-half-year deal to join Chelsea's fierce rivals. Jorginho has enjoyed a successful four-and-a-half-year spell at Stamford Bridge where he racked up 213 appearances across all competitions and also scored 29 goals.
