As part of Liverpool's new-look attack, Jurgen Klopp moved quickly to acquire the signature of Fulham midfielder Fabio Carvalho. The 19-year-old came close to joining the Reds in the January transfer window, but Liverpool remained patient and completed the deal this summer for a reported £5million fee. The Portuguese attacking midfielder thrived in the Championship last season, scoring 10 goals and registering eight assists as the Cottagers earned promotion. Having now been announced as a Liverpool player, Carvalho expressed his excitement at the opportunity of playing at Anfield next season.
The teenager has moved to Anfield from Fulham.
