Stunning photos shortlisted in the top 50 finalists of the Agora #Nature2020 photo competition show the natural world in all its glory.

The photo app called for international photographers to submit their best nature shots for a chance to win $1,000 - and the finalists include entries from 24 countries.

The breathtaking entries include a range of animals and settings: from a chameleon about to eat an insect and a camouflaged crocodile, to stunning waterfalls, baron deserts and thunder strikes.

Agora's Nature photo competition saw more than 11,000 submissions from photographers around the world - with six British photographers making it through to the final 50.

Agora users will vote for their favourite finalists through the free-to-use app.

The winner will be announced on Wednesday March 4.
