What will be the Song of the Summer — the tune you’ll be hearing all summer long at pool parties, picnics, and backyard BBQs? Justin Bieber is featured on two prime contenders — Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” and DJ Khaled’s “I’m the One.” Both songs have already reached No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot 100. Bieber is vying to become the first artist to have two of the top five Songs of the Summer since Iggy Azalea achieved the feat three years ago. He could even wind up being No. 1 and No. 2 for the season. Only two artists have done that — Usher in 2004 and the Black Eyed Peas in 2009.
Here are 25 leading contenders to be this year’s the Song of the Summer.
