    BUDAPEST, Hungary — Teen forwards Macklin Celebrini and Adam Fantilli have decided to return to North America ahead of the start of the world men's hockey championship, Hockey Canada announced Tuesday.     OTTAWA — The Ottawa Senators are turning to Travis Green to end a seven-year playoff drought. The NHL club announced Tuesday that it has hired Green as the club's new head coach and signed him to a four-year contract.     OTTAWA, Ontario (AP) — The Ottawa Senators have hired Travis Green as coach, signing him to a four-year contract through the 2027-28 NHL season. The team announced the move Tuesday, with Green taking over for interim coach Jacques Martin. Green most recently served as interim coach of the New Jersey Devils after replacing Lindy Ruff in March.
