Cleveland's All-Star guard will play Friday night against the Philadelphia 76ers after missing 15 of 20 games since the break, first with a bone bruise in his left knee and then a broken nose. The Cavs have missed him badly. It will be the first game action since Feb. 28 for Mitchell, who leads the team with 27.4 points per game. Cavs coach J.B.
