PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Nine years after he was drafted by Philadelphia, goalie Ivan Fedotov has joined the Flyers. Fedotov — whose NHL career was delayed following a forced stint in Russian military service — had his contract in Russia’s KHL terminated Thursday by CSKA Moscow.
