Liverpool moved seven points clear at the top of the table last night after 17 games with 42 points. During their title-winning season in 2019-20, the Reds had 49 points out of a possible 51 at this stage, dropping points only in a 1-1 draw against Man Utd at Old Trafford in October.

The Opta supercomputer now has Liverpool at 88% to win the title again, with Arsenal being the next most likely at 10.3%.
