The shorthanded Raptors were already missing one All-Star guard from its lineup.

Early in the second quarter in Game 4 against the Cavaliers, Cleveland’s Iman Shumpert nearly made it two.

As the Cavaliers small forward hoisted up a shot in the paint on Sunday afternoon, his outstretched leg happened to connect with DeMar DeRozan below the belt. DeRozan spent a few moments on the floor before heading to the locker room, but he returned to the game quickly after that.

With Kyle Lowry once again sitting on the bench, the Cavs defensive game focused on DeRozan, throwing double teams at the Toronto star every time he touched the ball in Game 4. DeRozan responded by finding open teammates, collecting four assists, before he was hit where the sun don’t shine.
