Watch: Nathan MacKinnon roofs one through teammate's legs
Hart Trophy finalist Nathan MacKinnon clearly knows how to find the 5-hole on opposing goaltenders, but intentionally going between the wickets of his own teammate to score a sizzler?
Apparently he can do that, too.
MacKinnon didn’t just score.
He sent it top shelf.

The Avalanche’s lethal top line was up to more of its sorcery during Tuesday’s clash against the Blue Jackets, when MacKinnon used teammate Gabriel Landeskog as a human strainer and ripped one under the bar past a blinded Sergei Bobrovski.
It was the third of the campaign for MacKinnon, who put up 39 goals and 97 points during Colorado’s massive bounce-back season in 2017-18, which saw the club find its way back to the postseason after finishing dead last in the NHL the season prior.
