Ever feel like there couldn’t be more things to distract you from your workout? You’re not alone. And for parents, the struggle is real. Blogger and entrepreneur Samantha Broxton shared a video of herself and her husband attempting a yoga flow session, only to find that their adorable toddler wanted to join in.

The baby even broke into a few of the poses alongside mom and dad and proceeded to use their bodies as a jungle gym. Twitter can’t get enough, as the video has over 13,000 retweets and 25,000 likes from people who were touched and could relate to the distractions that babies tend to create.

Do you get sick of the same old bicep curl? Biceps is one of those muscles I feel like can seem like there are limited movements to work it. But there are actually lots! Here are a handful of moves to spice up your bicep life! And even if your baby is teething and wants to be held you can still make some of them work just do single arms… even if that wasn't your plan! There is also a lot of shoulder love in this workout mainly cause I love workout shoulders ! It was a LONG busy weekend with the Twins birthday party and Father's Day. Today the last thing I wanted to do was workout but I knew I would regret that decision once tonight hit! So I did some medium intensity cardio and some leg work nothing crazy but I made it happen. Once I got moving I was fine but man I was not having it when I started! So Happy Monday friends move your body and make it happy even if you aren't in the mood! Because I know I wasn't today. I don't recommend doing front planks in early postpartum.
