Ever feel like there couldn’t be more things to distract you from your workout? You’re not alone. And for parents, the struggle is real. Blogger and entrepreneur Samantha Broxton shared a video of herself and her husband attempting a yoga flow session, only to find that their adorable toddler wanted to join in.

The baby even broke into a few of the poses alongside mom and dad and proceeded to use their bodies as a jungle gym. Twitter can’t get enough, as the video has over 13,000 retweets and 25,000 likes from people who were touched and could relate to the distractions that babies tend to create.

Some people admired the parents’ ability to incorporate their baby in their exercise and keep their cool throughout the yoga session:

Others related to the struggle:

Broxton isn’t the first mom to bring kids into her workout. Scroll on to see the moms that manage to make workouts with the family fun:

Do you get sick of the same old bicep curl? Biceps is one of those muscles I feel like can seem like there are limited movements to work it. But there are actually lots! Here are a handful of moves to spice up your bicep life! And even if your baby is teething and wants to be held you can still make some of them work just do single arms… even if that wasn't your plan! There is also a lot of shoulder love in this workout mainly cause I love workout shoulders ! It was a LONG busy weekend with the Twins birthday party and Father's Day. Today the last thing I wanted to do was workout but I knew I would regret that decision once tonight hit! So I did some medium intensity cardio and some leg work nothing crazy but I made it happen. Once I got moving I was fine but man I was not having it when I started! So Happy Monday friends move your body and make it happy even if you aren't in the mood! Because I know I wasn't today. Leggings by my favorite @onzie Single hammer curls Curtsy Lunge with upright row & curl Bicep servers with open curls Weighted floor to sky jumps Single leg dead lift with bicep curl 90 degree curls with kneel downs (light weight, you can do a heavier weight if you cut out he kneel) Back Lunge and circle bicep curls

Got in a little mommy & me workout this morning wearing my new Postpartum Core Active Capris from @baobeimaternity. These bottoms are amazing for mamas who need more support in their tummy areas, suffering from Diastasis Recti, recently recovering from a c-section, or just need compression to hide the pooch My favorite part about these pants are the pockets! Grab 10% off your own capris or leggings with code SIA. Expires end of July.

Just the 2 of us for the next 2 days ❤️ Curren is having fun with his Dad in San Francisco! I've just started including front planks in my workouts. I don't recommend doing front planks in early postpartum. The linea alba (line between your abs) has stretched out during pregnancy and you need to make sure you don't see a bulge on your mid-line when testing for diastasis recti or when performing a front plank before reintroducing this amazing complete move in your routines Side planks are great though!!
