Yahoo Sports Utah HC Loses Another Defenceman To Ejection
Utah HC will have to weather another storm short-handed.
Defenceman Maveric Lamoureux was ejected with a game misconduct for kneeing early in the second period upon video review, leading to a five-minute power play for the St. Louis Blues.
The video replay showed Lamoureux's left leg outstretched, but it did not appear to make any knee-on-knee contact with Blues forward Alexey Toropchenko.
Utah killed off the ensuing major penalty, and the game remains tied 1-1 in the second on KUPX Utah 16.
