UFC Inks Invicta Vet Cindy Dandois for Nashville Fight Card

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has added another intriguing female fighter to the fold with Wednesday's announced signing of Invicta FC veteran Cindy Dandois.

She will make her promotional debut opposite Alexis Davis on April 22 at UFC Fight Night 108 in Nashville, Tenn.

Dandois' (8-2) lone loss came via armbar to current Invicta FC bantamweight champion Tonya Evinger. She has since gone on a three-fight winning streak that includes a victory over current Invicta FC interim featherweight titleholder Megan Anderson.

Davis (17-7) should provide a stern welcome to the Octagon, having fought under the UFC banner for the past four years. Also an Invicta FC veteran, Davis has racked up a 4-2 record in the Octagon with her only losses being at the hands of two Olympic medalists, Sara McMann and former UFC champ Ronda Rousey. She holds victories over the aforementioned Evinger and current UFC bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes.
