UFC on FOX 16 Results: Edson Barboza Switch Kicks His Way to Unanimous Decision

Barboza landed a number of switch kicks in the first round, first to the head and many more to the body. Felder sought the spinning back fist on more than one occasion before suffering a kick to the groin. Felder's best strike came in the form of a left hook early in the round that left Barboza with a lump over his right eye.

The match appeared even halfway through the second round. The two traded leg kicks and Barboza continued to land switch kicks, leaving Felder with several marks on his upper body.

Barboza was relentless and landed kicks in higher volume through the third. Felder continued to look to land his spinning back fist, but was unable to properly find the mark through 15 minutes of fighting.

With the win, Barboza gets back on the winning track after a previous loss to Michael Johnson at a UFC Fight Night last February.
